It's almost like what ms initially wanted LH to be, a minor release to XP, not looking much different, but alot under the hood. There's a readme.txt in the root of installer, make sure to read it, it has many more performance tweaks. There are minor bugs though, like shutdown takes a little longer. Here, only two of them appears and straight to desktop. Like forever staring at the moving loading bar. It has very good performance atleast alot better than original one, like with original 4051, the boot time was.
The truth is, this build was actually repacked by maxtorix on BetaArchive, I was looking for a 405x build that could work with N-LITE, which needs i386 installation format, unfortunately, the link was dead (cuz it was uploaded in 2012), but through some rabbit holes, I found this repack, but I made my own mods on it, like removing the stupid automated installer, more performance tweaks, disabled some useless windows services etc. Alot of resource heavy stuff like winFS, is stripped down, though not completely removed.
